Return Policy
We accept returns for eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging, tags, and invoice must be included
- The item should not be damaged, altered, or worn
Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers may not be eligible for returns.
Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- The refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proper images or proof of damage.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Used or damaged products after delivery
- Products without original packaging or invoice
- Earrings and certain hygiene-sensitive products
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
